Euan Parker from Vitica Wines
Euan Parker is on the cutting edge of wine coming from Fallbrook, California. With a long history in the wine industry, he started 20 years ago in New Zealand working at his family’s vineyards. A graduate of the prestigious Ecole Supérieure d’Agricultures Angers wine program in France, Euan obtained a master’s degree in Vine, Wine and Terroir Management. Based in Fallbrook, Euan’s career spans the globe as he has been responsible for vintages in New Zealand, Spain, France and the USA.
Euan is proud to introduce Vitica Wines, with two unique small-batch white wines, a 2022 Riesling and 2022 Vermentino. Vitica Wines focuses on creating high-quality boutique wines made with small-lot varietals sourced from the San Luis Rey area and South Coast grapes. In addition, he’ll be pouring three red wines from Piston Broke – a Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Red Blend. As the winemaker for Piston Broke, Euan is pleased to present these red wines, some of which can be found in Southern California’s finest restaurants, most notably Michelin Star winner, Taco Maria, in Orange County, CA.
Wine tasting is limited to 20 people.
