We encourage guests to arrive at the Resort at least an hour prior to their treatment time in order to check in and change. Arriving late to your service will impact the length of your treatment, and, out of consideration for the next guest’s appointment, your service will end at the time originally scheduled. The value of your full treatment will be applied.
“Taking the Waters” Admission to Glen Ivy Hot Springs is separate from treatment prices. With “Taking the Waters” you’re welcome to use our 19 pools, saunas, steam rooms, Roman Baths, Club Mud, Daily Wellness Classes and all the amenities currently open to the public.
Try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment. Also remember to drink plenty of water before and afterwards. Please do not bring food or drink into the Spa. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in treatment buildings, retail areas or the front desk area.
It is fine to carry on a conversation with your therapist during a massage, although most guests find that silence enhances their experience. Please give your therapist some feedback about your preferred level of pressure or areas of your body that need special attention.
Gratuity is not included in the price of a treatment unless otherwise stated. If your spa experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t) it is customary to tip your service provider.
