New Moons signify the beginning of a cycle, a sort of cosmic reset. The New Moon is an ideal time for setting intentions and embracing new beginnings. It’s also an opportune time for inward focus and reflection for what you want to manifest in your life. These lunar energies can provide a transformational grounding and a sense of renewed awareness of our true nature.

Harness the transformative energy of the New Moon and illuminate your path forward as we embark on a cosmic journey using gentle yoga, breath work, mantra chanting, and deep relaxation to uncover your true essence and awaken to a more peaceful you.

About the Instructor

Liz Clayton has been immersed in the world of wellness for more two decades, recognized as a trailblazer for curating soul-stirring experiences and award winning international retreats. Clayton has spent the past 10 years living abroad, traveling across Asia and the Middle East exploring the ancient teachings of yoga/meditation and the divine wisdom of these sacred lineages, all while cultivating an awareness of deep embodiment for her own spiritual growth and healing. Today, Liz is back in California sharing her love of slow wellness, holistic beauty and spirituality, blended with her unique and fun approach to meditation.

Classes will be held at: 11am, 2pm & 6:30pm in the Secret Garden towards the back of the resort.

About the Moon

To begin cultivating a connection with our cosmic essence (our unique energy) we will start this Meditation series by following the cycles of the moon. With the New Moon we set intentions that we wish to fulfill and then use the full moon to release what holds us back. On the full moon, the energy of the month reaches its peak — making it one of the best times to use meditation to cultivate our intuition and become clear about what we need to release from our lives. New moons signify the beginning of a cycle, a sort of cosmic reset. The new moon is an ideal time to set intentions around connecting to our sense of self. These lunar energies can provide grounding and a sense of renewed awareness of our true nature. We will vibrate the cosmos using gentle breath work, chanting mantra, and rhythmic movement. These simple and engaging mediation sets are designed to nourish the nervous system, increase vitality and amplify our energetic frequency.
