  • Add healthy fats to your diet. Good fats can lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar, and contribute to glowing skin and shiny hair. Our favorites are:

  • Drink your veggies! Juicing your vegetables allows you to pack a lot of nutrition into a small bottle. Add lemon and ginger to your blend for a detox kick.
  • Hydrate with coconut water! Coconut water contains electrolytes which will keep your body hydrated all day long. The liquid inside the coconut contains approximately 46 calories per cup, 10 grams of natural sugar. It contains multiple vitamins, minerals, and phytochemcials.
