A Few Things To Know Before You Go

A little planning goes a long way. Find the details you need to know before your visit, from resort guidelines to what to bring and how to make the most of your day.

Resort Policies

For the enjoyment of all guests, Glen Ivy Hot Springs observes the following guidelines.

Resort

Must be 18 or older to enter the resort and present valid identification.
We operate a cashless system, valid credit or debit card must be presented for charges. Credit or debit card can be added to your account profile to charge to during your stay.
Water dispensers are available throughout the resort. Personal water bottles must enter the resort empty but can be filled after entering the resort.
Admission is subject to availability and pricing may vary based on the day of the week, seasonal demand, capacity limits, special events, and other operational considerations.
Glen Ivy reserves the right to modify operating hours or close the Resort, on whole or in part, due to holidays, severe weather, maintenance needs, private events, or property improvements.
Glen Ivy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Spa Services

Must check in to treatment building at least 15 minutes prior to appointment.
Enhancements are limited to two per service and do not extend time.
Guest who have received Botox within the past 2 days or dermal fillers within the past 14 days are not eligible to receive facial treatments.

Prohibited

No outside food, alcohol, or glass containers are permitted.
In and out privileges at the resort are not allowed.
“Tailgating”, eating, drinking and/or smoking in the parking lot are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the resort including the parking lot. This includes vape pens, cigars, and cigarettes.
Smart glasses or other wearable devices capable of recording audio, photographs, or video, including but not limited to Meta smart glasses are prohibited.
Personal speakers or audio devices are not permitted, personal headphones are allowed.
