Originally homesteaded in the 1880’s\, Bobcat Properties Farm uses all natural farming methods to produce honey\, lip balm and artisanal soap. In these special tasting sessions\, meet owner Lonnie Scott and taste the difference between these three varieties of California honey. \nWho Should Attend?\nOur honey tastings are open to everyone\, whether you’re a honey novice or a connoisseur. Join us to discover the unique flavors of California honey from Bobcat Properties Farm. \nWhere is it?\nHoney tastings are held in various locations throughout the Glen Ivy property. DESCRIPTION:Honey tasting is available from 11:00am to 3:00pm. \nBobcat Properties Farm produces some of the finest Orange Blossom\, California Black Sage and California Buckwheat Honey in the State. Owned and operated by three siblings and their families\, the farm is just minutes from Glen Ivy Hot Springs and is surrounded by the Cleveland National Forest in Southern California. Originally homesteaded in the 1880’s\, Bobcat Properties Farm uses all natural farming methods to produce honey\, lip balm and artisanal soap. In these special tasting sessions\, meet owner Lonnie Scott and taste the difference between these three varieties of California honey. \nWho Should Attend?\nOur honey tastings are open to everyone\, whether you’re a honey novice or a connoisseur. Join us to discover the unique flavors of California honey from Bobcat Properties Farm. \nWhere is it?\nHoney tastings are held in various locations throughout the Glen Ivy property. Please check with our staff at the check-in desk for the exact locations of the day’s events. \nHow to Attend/Reserve Your Spot\nScheduled admission is required for entry to the property. Upon arrival\, you can sign up for the complimentary honey tastings at the check-in desk. \nCost\nHoney tastings are complimentary\, but spots are limited. You can sign up for the 30-minute honey tastings at the check-in desk upon arrival. Sessions are limited to just 15 attendees. Be sure to reserve your spot early.
