In addition\, Cindy has been a holistic skin therapist for over two decades. \nAttending the Class\nEveryone is welcome to join this stress relieving breathwork and meditation class. No experience necessary. If you think you can’t meditate\, this class is for you! \nClass will begin with a brief introduction of the techniques\, including correcting our breath and little science on proper breathing and its effects on our health\, and then a few minutes of movement to get our energy moving and finish with a 25 minute breathwork meditation. Owned and operated by three siblings and their families\, the farm is just minutes from Glen Ivy Hot Springs and is surrounded by the Cleveland National Forest in Southern California. Originally homesteaded in the 1880’s\, Bobcat Properties Farm uses all natural farming methods to produce honey\, lip balm and artisanal soap. In these special tasting sessions\, meet owner Lonnie Scott and taste the difference between these three varieties of California honey. \nWho Should Attend?\nOur honey tastings are open to everyone\, whether you’re a honey novice or a connoisseur. Join us to discover the unique flavors of California honey from Bobcat Properties Farm. \nWhere is it?\nHoney tastings are held in various locations throughout the Glen Ivy property. Please check with our staff at the check-in desk for the exact locations of the day’s events. \nHow to Attend/Reserve Your Spot\nScheduled admission is required for entry to the property.
