In addition\, Cindy has been a holistic skin therapist for over two decades. \nAttending the Class\nEveryone is welcome to join this stress relieving breathwork and meditation class. No experience necessary. If you think you can’t meditate\, this class is for you! \nClass will begin with a brief introduction of the techniques\, including correcting our breath and little science on proper breathing and its effects on our health\, and then a few minutes of movement to get our energy moving and finish with a 25 minute breathwork meditation.
